Paul Started his career in the Armed Forces and upon leaving spent 20 years in retail culminating in senior management position running 27 stores with a turnover of £480m.Paul’s extensive experience in finance, operational, marketing and communications was tested in his role as Head of Sales and Operations for a franchised self storage company that grew from humble beginning to being the firth largest in the UK in 3 years.

Paul has the responsibility to support the group’s growth through the promotion of a consistent brand value message, working practices and awareness both internally and to the wider audience that further generate increased ROI and market share across the UK and Internationally.

James has 15 years experience in the application of vinyl films carrying work out for many large blue-chip clients, Formula 1 teams and celebrities. Now approved by HP (Hewlett Pakard)  and most other manufactures James is simply the best in the business is regarded to be the ‘go to person’ for technical support and advise.

Darren has over 10 years experience in the window film industry and has trained customers from across the UK, Ireland and many parts of Europe. With a ‘hands on’ approach to our one-2-one training Darren’s proven training methodology will get you up to speed with the very latest techniques, with some added insiders knowledge to minimise your learning curve. Darren also regularly runs our advanced seminars and provides training for many of the leading window film manufactures.

Lee is an integral part of the team, providing sales support for our trainees and technical promotion of our window film range & associated products. He has forged many strategic alliances with many franchised car dealerships and corporate clients that have developed into national accounts to provide work for our network of Master Tinting trained installers.
